Do NOT use United States Postal Service. It is illegal, and you could be fined! Appearantly, there has been several batteries that have 'exploded' while being shipped via USPS. Because all iPods have internal batteries, they are NOT allowed to be shipped via USPS. You may however use UPS or Fedex without any problems. Please include enough shipping insurance to replace your device in the event it is damaged beyond repair by the shipping entity, as we are not responsible for any damages from shipping. We will also provide insurance coverage for its return back to you. Please also include a copy of the receipt from www.DroppedLaptop.com in the box you ship it in so we know who owns which device! Ship your item in a box, with enough padding to keep it secure (you do not want it moving around inside the box as that could damage it more).
